Siegrist, Jeff


Jeff approaches therapy from a strengths based perspective striving to build upon each person’s skills and abilities to reach their current goals. He primarily works with adults and focuses on concerns stemming from traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, addictions, and response to loss. Within the therapy process Jeff utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach and he is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy which has been shown to be quite effective for recovery from trauma as well as for helping to resolve mood disturbances.

Jeff is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree in Counseling and Human Services. Along with his experience as an outpatient therapist he has also worked in a variety of settings including a crisis center, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and in providing community based services for individuals with addictions and mental health concerns.
