Osterman, Paul


Paul received his MSW from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993. For over 30 years, Paul has been practicing, utilizing an holistic approach to therapy reflecting his belief in the three-dimensional nature of mind, body and soul/spirit. His spiritual beliefs come from both Eastern and Western practices. Paul’s demonstrates spirituality in his daily life, not only during meditation, but also through his involvement in his church. Paul specializes in mental health, mental retardation, drug & alcohol addictions and uses a variety of therapy styles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamics during his sessions. He teaches DBT Skills to Intensive Outpatients at Western Psychiatric Institute, as well here at PPI.
