Nancy's training and experience qualifies Nancy to work with individuals, families, couples, and groups. She works with children and adolescents only as part of a family counseling process.
The main goal of Nancy's counseling is to promote healing and growth in individuals and in relationships. Her overall approach is guided by her belief that human behavior is formed in the family unit, and so the family system should be considered as it impacts individual functioning. As part of the counseling experience we will complete a genogram of youir family origin and nuclear family.
Since Nancy believes spiritual healing and growth are also important, she will consider any faith/spiritual concerns of yours so far as they impact your physical/emotional/mental health. (Any specific denominational or theological concerns should be addressed with your pastor or minister.)
